Are usually the brand name(i.e. Coach, Dooney&Bourke, Louis Vuttion) purses on ebay are fake?

I just browse some Coach and Dooney & Bourke purses on ebay and some were really cheap like less than 50 dollars. Also, they were new and looks like the “real” thing..but I don’t know if it is.
